White Supremacy - Is It Real?

It was during Covid that I first started to hear the phrase White Supremacy in relation to everyday life. Before this, it was only ever used to describe far-right American groups who dressed in bedsheets and burned crosses.

I began hearing the phrase on YouTube when progressives were discussing racism and the underachievement of black Americans. But now, I hear it being used all the time and even in reference to the UK. It took me a little while to understand what the phrase meant but eventually, I understood.

White Supremacy: the belief that the Western world was designed by white men for the benefit of white men, so therefore non-whites are at a disadvantage living in such a system.

At first glance, you may reject this concept and the people who think such things, but I think they are roughly correct. Allow me to explain.
